SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH DISABILITIES

The Organizing Committee is especially concerned with providing the best service and support possible for participants with disabilities. In order to meet the needs of these participants we will arrange for a thorough examination of all congress and transport facilities in the run-up to ICP 2008 (wheelchair access, special seating for participants with hearing disabilities, etc.). The Organizing Committee will also consider the needs of visually impaired persons when designing the website and editing its content.

Participants are very welcome to contact the organizing committee and the congress office with special needs or inquiries for specific facilities.
