HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The congress office has reserved a sufficient number of hotel rooms located near the congress venue. The categories vary from five star hotels to tourist hotels. The majority of the hotels are located in the city center. The ICC Berlin can be comfortably reached from all hotels by public transport, particularly the U- and S-Bahn train networks.
Please make your reservation through the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE. Berlin attracts many tourists, so please make sure to secure your hotel room and get a special congress rate by booking through CPO HANSER SERVICE as soon as possible.

You can make your booking via the online form or use the Registration Form.
Each participant will individually receive a confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding credit card data.
Companies are requested to block-book rooms for their delegates in advance with the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE.
 
Cancellations and changes must be made by contacting the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE. Any cancellation or change must be made in writing.
