PSYCHOLOGY-RELATED PROGRAM

Especially - but not exclusively - for young scientists, ICP 2008 will organize a party at an arts and community center in a vivid Berlin neighborhood. The party will not only give scientists of all ages and experiences an opportunity to make contact with future colleagues and collaborators in a casual atmosphere but will also serve as a starting point for exploring the Berlin nightlife.

In addition, ICP 2008 will offer social activities that are psychology related but at the same time present an opportunity to experience the rich history and exciting present state of the city. For example, there will be an opportunity
to visit the Berlin Wall documentation center at Bernauer Strasse together with psychologists and social scientists who have been working on developing an online participatory dialogue to plan a Wall memorial. Berlin also offers several marvelous destinations for history-ofpsychology walks and tours.
