Payment
When registering for ICP 2008, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card or bank transfer. Particularly when paying from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, because charges for bank transfers may be deducted twice — once in the country of origin and a second time in Germany.
In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Congress Financial Assistance Program
ICP 2008 is strongly committed to achieving the broadest possible participation. The organizers recognize that meeting the costs of attending the congress may be especially difficult for colleagues from some countries. A congress financial assistance program will be set up to deal with special cases of hardship.
This program will offer scholarship/travel grants to cover the registration fee, traveling costs, and accommodation — either in full or in part. The congress financial assistance program is reserved for participants whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the congress.
Anyone wishing to apply should, in addition to having an accepted abstract, submit an application form together with a curriculum vitae and a letter from either the head of their institution or from an executive of their national psychological association (society) stating that the applicant has no other internal or external resources to cover the cost or part of the costs of taking part in the congress. The application form can be obtained below. Please note that you must use the ICP 2008 application form, and that only correctly and completely filled in applications can be considered. Please send your completed application form to .
All applicants for the Financial Assistance Program are hereby called to submit their applications by February 29th. Please note that only timely applications including the application form, personal record (Curriculum Vitae) and statement from the head of institution or officer of the national psychological association (society) can be accepted.
Selections will be made in early March, applicants will be subsequently informed.
If you have any questions regarding the assistance program or would like to discuss your specific situation, do not hesitate to contact us at .
