Registrations received after 20 June 2008 will be processed as on-site registrations. Please note that there will be an increase in fees after 1 February 2008 and after 20 June 2008.
Registration fee for participants and students includes:

On-site Registration (after 20 June 2008)
On-site registration will be possible but we recommend to register well in advance. Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not entitle participants to receive a delegate bag. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
Payment
When registering for ICP 2008, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer. Especially for payment made from outside Germany, we strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin, and a second time in Germany.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.
Cancellation of Congress Participation/
General Conditions
If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. For cancellations by 31 March 2008, the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25% for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 March 2008.
For cancellations of workshops by 31 March 2008, the workshop fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of EUR 30 for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 March 2008.
List of Participants
In order to encourage and enhance communication and collaboration congress registrants' name, institution, city and country will be included in a list of participants published on the Internet. Participants may also request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or his/her institution.
Congress Financial Assistance Program
ICP 2008 is strongly committed to achieving the broadest possible participation. The organizers recognize that meeting the costs of attending the congress may be especially difficult for colleagues from some developing and East European countries. For special cases of hardship, we will establish a congress financial assistance program.
The program will offer scholarship / travel grants to cover the registration fee, traveling costs, and accommodation, full or in part. The congress financial assistance program is reserved to participants who have abstracts accepted
for presentation at the congress.
Anyone wishing to apply shall, in addition to an accepted abstract, submit an application form together with a personal record (curriculum vitae), and a statement from the head of the institution or officer of the national psychological association (society), stating that the applicant has no other internal or external sources that can cover the cost or part of the costs of taking part in the congress. The application form can be obtained below. Please note that you have to use the ICP 2008 application form and that only applications that are correctly and completely filled in can be considered.
